The House of physics
"The House of physics" is located in the town of Kazanlak and is the only of this type for Bulgaria and the Balkan peninsula. It was founded in 1977 (on 1 September), and in 1987 became an affiliate of the National Polytechnic Museum Sofia.
The goal of the institution is to present a visual teaching material of physics, which is learned in schools as statics, mechanics, thermodynamics, measuring instruments and others. Another activity of the House of physics is to collect instruments, machines, manuals, and other scholarly literature directly related to the history of the science.
In the House of physics are conducted different events as interviews, scientific demonstrations and astronomical observations.
