The Regional Historical Museum in Vratsa was officially opened in 1953. it is located in the central part of town of Vratsa. The museum is divided to different sections that track the stages of development of the region. The most valuable exhibits there are The Rogozen treasure and the treausre from the Mogilanska mound.
