This museum in the village of Dobromirka (Gabrovo district) is dedicated to Neno Stanev Tsarvulanov - Bulgarian doctor, publicist and journalist, born here in 1877. The museum is located in the central part of the village.
Dr. Tsarvulanov studied medicine in Zurich (Switzerland) and graduated in Würzburg (Germany). He worked as a psychiatrist in the Alexandrovka Hospital in Sofia.
Neno Tsarvulanov was a member of the Communist Party of Bulgaria and a syndical activist. He participated in the sanitary preparation of the September anti-fascist uprising in 1923. In 1925 he was killed by the police.
