Park of the Aviation and Aeronautics in town of Omurtag is an open-air museum complex dedicated to the aviation and aeronautics in Bulgaria. The town is the birthplace of the second Bulgarian cosmonaut Alexander Alexandrov who in June 1988 have flown to space onto the board of a space-ship Soyuz TM-5 together with the astronauts from the former USSR - Anatoly Solovyov and Victor Savinih.
The museum was opened in 2008 and here are exposed several jet-fighters, а zenith-rocket launchers, а radar radio station "Zvezda" ("Star") and others. In the small museum of the complex are kept photographs and documents related to the aviation and astronautics in Bulgaria and the spacesuit of Alexander Alexandrov used from him during his flight in the space.
