The Historical Museum in Botevgrad was created in 1952. He is a successor of the established in 1937 an open museum collection to the local high school.The Museum Fund includes more than 15,000 artifacts: tools, ceramics, a marble slab with the image of a Thracian horseman, photos and documents related to the history of Botevgrad area.
