The home-museum of the narrow-gauge Septemvri - Dobrinishte is located at Tsepina Station (in the Chepinska River Gorge, 8 km from Varvara - in the direction of Velingrad, 116 km from Sofia and 62 km from Plovdiv).
The museum is an initiative of the Citizens' Association "About the narrow-gauge" and is opened officially on September 3, 2017, when it is 101 years since the idea of building the narrow-gauge.
The train with 760 mm track gauge from Septemvri to Dobrinishte connects the Upper Thracian Lowland, the Rhodopes, Rila and Pirin by a 125-kilometer narrow railway.
The building has been repaired and restored entirely by voluntary work of over 20 people for two years.
The museum aims to popularize the hundred-year history of the narrow railway line and thus to attract followers to the cause of the last narrow-track railway in Bulgaria.
