Velyanova House is the best preserved house in Bansko with architecture from the period of Vuzrajdaneto. It was built in the early XIX century.
The house is built mostly from massive stonework and wood.
The house has impressive interior. It was painted by the representative of the Debar Art School - Velyan Ognev, who was invited by the most important people from the town to develop iconostasis of St. Trinity church.
Most impressive in the house are the frescoes in the Blue Room. Here the visitors can see landscapes of Venice and Istanbul.
The veranda is decorated with beautiful carvings.
Velyanova house is included in the list of 100 National Tourist Sites of Bulgaria.
