The Kamburov Inn in town of Elena was built in the middle of the XIX century. Its owner was Stoyan Kambura - a participant in the uprising of Captain dyado Nikola (1856), in Hadzhistavrevata Buna uprising (1862) and member of the Revolutionary Committee of Elena.
The architecture of Kambourov inn is a typical Balkan Renaissance architecture - wide eaves, stonework and white plaster, while consistent with it purpose as an inn.
In the past the inn was located in village of Yovkovtsi, but due to construction of a dam "Yovkovtsi" he was disassembled and transported to a new location in the town of Elena - the architectural complex "Daskalolivnitsata."
Today in the inn is exposed ethnographic exhibits showing the life and the culture of local people from the end of the XIX and begining of XX century.
Th Inn was declared a cultural monument of local importance.
