The Church "Martyr Dimitar Mirotochiviy Thessaloniki Miracle Worker" in Gabrovo is located in the quarter of Etara.
In 2007-2009 the church was completely renovated and refurbished. Some of the icons are restored by Assoc. Miglena Prashkova (Head of Department "Liturgical Arts" in Orthodox Theology Faculty of the University of Veliko Tarnovo) and restorer Stefko Aenski (Secretary of the Department "Restoration" of the Union of Bulgarian Artists and the management of the Association of Restorers in Bulgaria).
