The house Kalugertsi is an authentic Bulgarian house built in 1877. It is situated in Kalugeritsa quarter (former village) of town of Kaspichan. The ethnographic exhibition is only of this type in the region and is licensed from the Ministry of Culture. There are displayed objects and tools from the everyday life and the history of the local population.
