The monument of Docho Mihaylov is located at central town square of Silistra. Docho Mihaylov was born at 29.X.1895 in village of Babuk (municipality Silistra), where native house was turned into museum. He was a member of Bulgarian Communistic Party and one of the leaders of the organization in Dobrudja region. Nowadays his activity is accepted with mixed feelings.
