In the central part of Sofia, at the beginning of the "Iskar" street, there is a centuries-old tree of species Morus alba (White mulberry).
The experts estimate age of the tree to approximately 650 years. The tree is declared "Protected natural site" and is included in the register of the ancient trees of the Republic of Bulgaria under number 368.
