In village of Shiakovo was erected a monument devoted to the local people perished in various wars for Bulgaria. The monument represents a large stone block in the form of a truncated pyramid, with memorial plaque on which are inscribed the names of the dead soldiers.

Near the memorial is exposed a weapon used ever in Bulgarian army.
