This soldier`s monument is located on road E80, north of Slivnitsa. It is dedicated to the officers, sergeants and soldiers from the Bulgarian Army, who were killed during the Serbo-Bulgarian War in 1885.
The monument was built in 2005 on the occasion of 120th anniversary of the events. It represents 2 symbolized bayonets, contacting each other in their tops, on which are placed memorial plaques with the words "To the Bulgarian officers, sergeants and soldiers who defended their homeland in November 1885".
The project was completed under the sponsorship of the company "Chayka-pharma". Its authors are Ivan Tontov (designer), Petko Prokopiev (architect), Petko Moskov (sculptor) and Nasco Georgiev (construction engineer).
