In the center of Buhovtsi village was erected a monument of the partisan Nedelcho Kamov.
Nedelcho Kamov was born in 1918 in the village of Buhovtsi. From 1938 to 1942 he was in the navy and served in diving command. In 1944 Kamov is mobilized in the army. On May 6, together with his colleagues-sailors under the leadership of the partisan squad, "Naroden Yumruk" he steal weapons and ammunition from his position at St. Vlas and drove away to join the guerrillas. Days after the act Nedelcho Kamov and his fellow Minko Shalamanov were caught by gendarmes and killed.
