Dobri Terpeshev was born on 15 may 1884 in village of Izvorovo. He is a minister without portfolio in the first communistic government after the 9.IX. 1944 when the communists assumed the power. Later he is victimized by the communists because his speech against Todor Jivkov and intern outside Sofia. This bust-monument is devoted to him.
