The medieval fortress of Urvich is a located in Lozen mountain (on hill of Sredobardie), south of village of Kokalyane. The fortress was built during the XIII century in the time of the Second Bulgarian Empire.
Preserved today are parts of the outside wall with a height up to 6 m. and parts of the walls of the inner court church "St. Ilia".
