The newest (built 2015) and a modern park in Stara Zagora is situated in the western part of the city. It was built on 70 acres at site of the former artillery barracks. The grassy areas are around 35,000 square meters. There are planted many young trees, shrubs and seasonal flowers.

The park has also: playgrounds with an area of over 1000 sq. meters (meeting the latest safety requirements), four sports grounds for football, basketball, volleyball, badminton and tennis, an open stage for various events, a mini zoo with various species of birds.
The entire environment is accessible to people with disabilities.
In the southeastern part of the park was constructed a parking for 200 cars.
