The Clock Tower in town of Botevgrad is one of the symbols of the town. The building dates back to year of 1866. Its master is Vuno Markov but the architect of the tower is unknown.
The tower is 30 meters high and is actually the highest clock tower in Bulgaria. Point of interest in its construction are the Baroque elements and the wall-painting on the cornices. The clock is working but its mechanism was renoved and is not the original one.
The Clok-tower in Botevgrad is included in the list of the 100 national tourist sites of Bulgaria.
