There are lots of Russian memorials in town of Lovech built in honor of the Russian soldiers, public and military leaders, died in the the Russo-Turkish War (1877-1878) for Liberation of Lovech and Bulgaria. The memorials are located at the alley of Bulgarian-Russian friendship, at hill of Stratesh. Some of the monuments are:
- The White Monument - On it are painted all parts of the Russian army involved in fighting for the liberation of Lovech
- The Black tombstone - 4 soldiers of 118th infantry Shuyski Regiment and 11 soldiers from the 64th Infantry Regiment of Kazan
- Russian memorial of 29 soldiers from the 5th Kaluzhki Infantry Regiment
- Common Grave of 20 soldiers from the 6th Libavski Infantry Regiment
