The resort area of Uzana is situated 22 km south of town of Gabrovo at around 1200 meters above sea level, between the national parks Central Balkan and Bulgarka. The area is charming with the crystal clear air, marvelous nature and serenity. Here lies the geographic center of Bulgaria, marked with a special sign.
The locality has favourable conditions for both - summer and ski-tourism. There are ski tracks suitable for slalom and ski running.
