Chaika zone (Sea-Gull) resort is situated at the Black Sea, only 10 km away from the sea capital of Bulgaria - Varna and 5 minutes driving distance from Golden Sands resort (.  There is a regular bus service between Varna, Chaika zone, and Golden sands resort.

This is a green and a quiet zone with some of the best beaches with crystal water and flat sand bottom. The most important: prices of the hotels and accommodation in complex Chayka are twice lower than in Golden Sands.
