Duhlata Cave (aka Bosnek Cave) is located in the locality Dzheranitsa (southwest part of Vitosha mountain), at the right bank of the Struma River - between the villages of Bosnek and Chuypetlyovo (Pernik Municipality). This is the longest cave in Bulgaria - 17,600 meters.
The cave is extremely beautiful and has one of the most complex cave systems. It is 53 meters deep and is a complex maze, disposed on 6 floors with lots of underground rivers and lakes, galleries, tunnels, waterfalls, cave rooms and sinter formations.
There are wide variety of cave formations in the cave - stalactites, stalagmites, stalaktones, cave milk, porcelain pearls, anomalous crystals, helicates and others.
In 1962 Duhlata cave was declared a natural landmark.
