Mosque "Ahmed Bey" (aka "Ingiliz") is located in the central part of town of Kyustendil, near other city landmarks as the Roman Baths and Pirkova tower.

The mosque dates back to XV century, and before it there was a Bulgarian church, named "Sveta Nedelya", at the same place. The mosque was built of stone blocks and bricks and is very impressive, with a broad dome and marble pillars.

Nowadays the Mosque Ahmed Bey is not operating and is used as a gallery. The building was declared a cultural monument of national importance.
