Dormition of the Theotokos Cathedral, Varna

The Dormition of the Theotokos Cathedral (Katedralen Hram Uspenie Bogoroditschno) in city of Varna is the largest and most famous Bulgarian Orthodox cathedral in the region.

It was officially opened on 30 August 1886 and is the residence of the bishopric of Varna and Preslav and one of the symbols of the city of Varna.
