The Hristovski Waterfall is located on the river Miikovska in Elena Balkan mountain. It is situated south-west of hamlet Hristovtsi of the village of Ruhovtsi. The waterfall can be reached by well marked hiking eco-trail, which passes along the many picturesque places in the mountain and offers many places for recreation.
The waterfall has a height of 9 meters only, but it is very beautiful. During these 9 meters the water falls over the rocks and scatters in fine drops. The steep cliffs around attract many lovers of rock climbing. In the sumer the region is used only for sun-baths.
In 1974 Hristovski Waterfall and the region around were declared a protected natural site.
